Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel an order free of charge any time before manufacturing begins (i.e. before we confirm your order has moved to production). Contact us promptly with your order number.
• Custom products: Because every item is custom-made to your selected design and size, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
